General Description

The Nease Philpott Lake tract is 35.43 acres located on the south western part of  Philpott Lake near Goose Point Recreation area and Bassett, VA. This parcel has views of the lake, Turkey Island, Beech Point Deer Island recreation area and Goose Point Park. Whitepine Lane dissects the property for access through the majority of the tract.
