Mark McMillan, President and CEO of Advance Land and Timber, LLC, has experience in the timberland industry since 1987. Mark was born and raised on a family farm in Bamberg, South Carolina. Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Finance, he went to work in the insurance industry. His work with forest product insurance programs throughout the southeast included hunting club liability and vacant land liability. His hobbies include hunting and fishing. He is an avid duck hunter.

Cole McMillan has had his real estate license since the age of 18. Upon graduating from The University of South Carolina in 2017, he worked for a private equity group out of Atlanta, GA, which focused on commercial and industrial real estate. Cole rejoined Advance Land and Timber in 2019 and is licensed in SC and GA. In 2023, Cole was appointed a Board Member of the Forest Land Owners Association for a 3 year term, as one of the youngest members to receive this honor. Cole currently serves as Vice President of Advance Land and Timber, LLC. He is an avid outdoorsmen with a passion for hunting and fishing, lives in Gilbert, SC, and is married to Erin McMillan.

Randy Jarzyniecki is licensed in Georgia and Alabama, and resides in Georgia with his wife Andrea and daughters Hazel and Helen. Randy is a Registered Forester in Georgia, Alabama, Texas, and Arkansas and a Certified Burn Manager in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Texas. Randy has 20 years of forest management experience with an international forestry consulting firm, managing over 100,000 acres of TIMO, REIT, and private landowner timberland in 6 states. Randy is the owner of Pinebelt Forestry, LLC. He brings a wealth of timber expertise to clients across the Southeast. Randy is a native of Alabama and a forestry graduate of Auburn University. He participated and represented Auburn as a Collegiate Stihl Timber Sports Champion. Randy is passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, hunting, fishing, camping, traveling and helping others discover the joy of owning their piece of God’s country.
