Mark McMillan, President and CEO of Advance Land and Timber, LLC, has experience in the timberland industry since 1987.  Mark was born and raised on a family farm in Bamberg, South Carolina. Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Finance, he went to work in the insurance industry. His work with forest product insurance programs throughout the southeast included hunting club liability and vacant land liability. His hobbies include hunting and fishing.  He is an avid duck hunter. 
 

Carwin Owens is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina. He graduated from Liberty University with a BS degree in Economics. Carwin began his career in the lumber industry working for saw mills, distribution plants, buying, selling lumber all over the east coast. In 1999 he started buying and selling timberland eventually getting experience and understanding of the different types of land and markets in Virginia and North Carolina.

Carwin lives in Lynchburg Virginia with his wife Mary and two daughters. He enjoys the outdoors especially fishing and duck hunting.

Zach Antill is licensed in North Carolina and Virginia. Zach has been in the outdoors from the minute he was born!  With his father working as a Forester in the timber industry, Zach has been in and around the timber world his whole life!

Zach studied Forestry all throughout high school under his dad and worked as a Forester Technician in the summers throughout high school and college.  Zach graduated from Montreat College with a Bachelors in Outdoor Ministry and has been a North Carolina Wildlife Enforcement Officer, in addition to being a hunting and fishing guide both professionally and privately.

Zach brings a lifetime of hunting and timberland experience and is a great choice to help you buy or sell hunting and investment properties throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Jake Fletcher is licensed in Virginia, where he resides with his wife and 2 children. Born and raised in South Georgia on his family’s farm, his roots are imbedded deep in the South. With this upbringing Jake’s passion for the outdoors and experiences in wildlife management have given him the tools and experience to guide clients through the buying and selling of investment properties with a focus on wildlife management. Jake attended Randolph Macon College, where he lettered 4 years on the baseball team and graduated with a degree in Communications. Jake has 15+ years of experience in managing and building high end hunting properties through various management techniques including prescribed fires, planting food plots, developing infrastructure, duck impoundments, and timber management. Jake holds numerous licenses and certifications in the land management sector and works with clients to bring turn key wildlife management properties to the Markets in not only Virginia, but across the US.

Chandler Walker grew up on his family's farm in Southside, Virginia, raising tobacco, soybeans, and cattle.  After high school graduation, he attended college majoring in Forestry. He worked in the timber industry for over 30 years before becoming licensed realtor in Virginia and North Carolina.  As a result of his prior years, Chandler has a deep understanding of land being used for agriculture, timber growth, and hunting .  He is ready to put his expertise in these areas to work for you.  Chandler will help you buy or sell your property and/or timber, or develop a plan to manage your timber to bring you the most profit from your investment.
