General Description

This is a great small tract (80 acres) comprised of stands of 28 and 25 year old planted pine that has been well managed. There is a system of improved roads and established food plots. This tract boarders the USFS and has paved road frontage.

Location/Directions

From Greenwood take Hwy #10 to the town of Troy. Turn right on Main Street. Follow Greenwood, Church and Hall Streets to Old Charleston Rd. Turn right on Long Cain Rd. Tract is 1 1/2 miles on right.

Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
