General Description

This is a 194 acre tract located in the Callison Community of southern Greenwood County. It is comprised of natural hardwood and pine timber. There is a small creek with a great pond site. Deer and turkey hunters dream close to town. The tract fronts a county maintained gravel road with deeded access to other paved roads.

Location/Directions

From Greenwood go south on Hwy 67 to Callison Community. Turn right on Reedy Creek Rd. Go ½ mile and turn left on Weaghington Rd. Tract is 1/4 mile on right. Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
