General Description

Parcel A has a total of 150+/- acres along Hwy 11, with 0.6 miles of Cape Fear River frontage that would make an excellent hunting and recreational tract. The hardwoods make exceptional waterfowl habitat which floods due to the rising tides from the river. Along with ducks, there are plenty of deer, turkey, and bear on this property.
