General Description

The Low Ground Timber Tract is 122.7 acres located north of Drewryville, VA on River Town Road (Rt 704).  This property lays gentle rolling with with a creek flowing though the southern part of the property creating a large 13 acre pond  with a small pond on the eastern side of the tract.  The timber is comprised of 100 acres of 2017 planted Loblolly pine, 4 acres of 2013 planted  Loblolly pine with the remaining acreage in hardwood buffers.The property can be accessed from River Town Road and Butts Road with well established interior roads, also there is an old RR ROW that runs east west through the property that is used to access sections  of the property.  The Low Ground Timber tract is an excellent opportunity for a solid timber investment with great recreational opportunities.
