General Description

The Massenburg Tract is 224 acres located 8 miles south of Waverly on Jerusalem Plank Rd. (Rt 35) and Newville Rd (Rt 625).  This tract lays gentle rolling with a small creek flowing through it and good internal roads for access throughout the property.  This property has 95 acres of 2021 planted Loblolly Pine with the remaining timber in hardwood bottomlands and Loblolly pine uplands.  The Massenburg Tract has excellent habitat for wildlife providing recreational opportunities and a solid long term timber investment.
