BK3323 (Edge Hill Tract) 1,319 acres is located South of Robley, VA, in Richmond County.

Edge Hill is an opportunity to own one of the few remaining undeveloped large properties with  water frontage available in the "Northern Neck" of Virginia. This tract has approximately 2,800' of road frontage on State Rt 3 (History Land Hwy) and approximately 2,900' frontage on State Rt 605 (Edge Hill Rd). The property lays gentle rolling with 3.7 miles of frontage on Lancaster Creek. The timber is comprised of 880 acres of planted Loblolly Pine, 335 acres premerchantable Loblolly pine established 2003-2012 and 546 acres  merchantable Loblolly pine timber established 1984-2000. There are 315 acres of 1930 natural hardwood and pine primarily in bottom land and along Lancaster creek, also are 24 acres of roads and utility easements and the remaining 100 acres is primarily creeks and wetlands. The hunting opportunities are deer, turkey, ducks and geese, along with other recreational opportunities like fishing, boating and hiking. Edge Hill was originally established in  1770 as the home of Dr. John Yates Chinn, a medical doctor and who also was the Justice of Richmond County. This property is an excellent timber land investment and recreational property.
