General Description

The Mole Hill North Tract is 85.5 acres located West of Farmville, VA on Dry Bridge Road.  This tract lays rolling with frontage on Buffalo Creek.

The timber consists of 57 acres in 2014 planted Loblolly pine and 28 acres of 1921 natural hardwoods. This property is an excellent rural residential acreage and timber investment with strong hunting habitat for deer and turkey. The High Bridge Trail makes up the northern boundary of the property, giving direct access to a 32-mile trail that feeds into downtown Farmville and crosses the 2,422' long High Bridge at 125' above the Appomattox River.
