General Description

The Dance Tract Is located just South of Farmville, VA on Mt. Creek Rd. This tract lays rolling with 0.5 miles of road frontage. The timber consists of 135 acres of 1993 Loblolly pine, 68 acres of 2010 planted Loblolly pine, 44 acres of 2008 Loblolly pine abd 35 acres of hardwoods. A timber investment tract with hunting and other outdoor recreation.
