General Description

The Reedy Creek-2 tract is 194.59 acres located 20 miles northwest of South Hill, VA, off of Wattsboro Circle Road (Route 658).  This property lays rolling with Reedy Creek making up western boundary. The timber consists of 37 acres of 1995 planted Loblolly pine, 118 acres of 2021 Loblolly pine, and 35 acres of 1959 hardwoods.  The Reedy Creek-2 tract is a great long term timber investment and mini farm or homestead.  This tract will need to be surveyed and approved by County before closing.
