General Description

The Reedy Creek-3 tract is 111.70 acres located 20 miles northwest of South Hill, VA, off of Wattsboro Circle Road (Route 658). This property lays rolling with Reedy Creek making up western boundary. The timber consists of 93 acres of 2021 planted Loblolly pine, and 16 acres of 1959 hardwoods. The Reedy Creek-3 tract is a great long term timber investment and small farm property.
