General Description

The BTG Foster Tract 225 acres is located south west of Cumberland, VA on Holman Mill Rd. This tract lays rolling with several annual creeks on the property. This roperty has 208 acres (93%) in planted loblolly pine on the tract. The loblolly pine timber consists of the following ages 2014 Loblolly pine 122.4 acres, 2007 Loblolly pine 82.9 acres, 1979 Loblolly pine  2.7 acres with the remaining 16.8 acres in 1950 hardwoods. The Foster tract is an excellent timber investment that will start to provide cash flow in four years and continue to provide as long term investment.
