General Description

UC 448-02 is a 335 acre managed timber tract, located South of Blackstone, VA. The timber is comprised of 53 acres of 1995 Loblolly Pine, 151.5 acres of 2014 Loblolly Pine, 69.7 acres of 2015 planted Loblolly Pine and 50 acres of  1950 hardwood bottom land.  The tract's topography is rolling with a bold creek going through the middle of the tract.  There is road frontage on Cedar Creek Rd (Rt 615) and Jonesboro Church Rd (Rt 645). This is an excellent timber investment  and recreational tract.
