General Description

The Gerdes tract is 291 acres located in Rocky Gap, VA Bland County. This mountain tract has road frontage on Wolf Creek Hwy (Rt 61) and Shady Branch Circle (Rt 678) along with approximately 2,000' of frontage on Wolf Creek, a stocked trout stream. The property has an interior road that provides good accesses to the tract for timber management and recreational activities. The timber is primarily young hardwoods with 35 acres of mature hardwoods providing great wildlife habitat. The Gerdes Tract is conveniently located just off of Highway 77 and is a good long-term timber investment with strong recreational opportunities for hunting and fishing.
