Location/Directions

From Union, take Meansville Road (State Rd S-44-19) north approximately 8 miles.  Take a left onto Sulpher Springs Road (State Road S-44-12).  Go .8 of a mile and take a left on W. Springs Hwy.  Travel about a half mile and the tract will be on your left.  Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.

From Spartanburg, take Hwy 56 South to Pauline.  Take a left on Hwy 215.  Travel 6.6 miles to West Springs and take a left on W. Springs Hwy.  Travel 2.5 miles and the tract will be on your right.  Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
