General Description

This small tract has about 2 acres of open land which would make a nice homesite, 18 acres of clear cut which could be cleared into pasture or site prepped and planted in pines, the balance is in some nice hardwoods. This is also a great recreational tract with plenty of deer and turkeys. It does have a small seasonal stream running across the tract. There is also a food plot in the back of tract among the hardwoods. 

Location/Directions

 From Saluda go north on Hwy 39 and turn left on Hwy 702 then look for Country Pond Road on the right and tract is immediately on your left.
