This tract is a very unique tract in that it has a great stand of timber, which can be income producing while providing excellent habitat for wildlife. It adjoins public land on three sides USFS Land  and Core land on Clarks Hill Lake. It has a beautiful stream and a pond on tract.

Location/Directions

From McCormick take 378 west and turn left onto White Rock Road, then turn left on Forest Service road F 605 B.  Road dead ends in the tract.
