General Description

This 195 acre tract is a great timberland investment and excellent recreational tract!  It has two creeks that run through the property, a good mixture of mature hardwoods and pines.  Good potential for a pond and borders the U.S. Corp of
Engineers land bordering Strom Thurmond Reservoir.  The county road (Turman) dead ends at the lake.  The hunting is superb with plenty of turkeys, deer and all other small game.

Location/Directions

From McCormick go north on Hwy 28 then turn veer left on Hwy 81.  After several miles turn left on Turman Road.  Tract is about a mile on your right.  Look for Advance Land and Timber signs and a red gate.
