General Description

hunting tract, that will also produce cash flow from the timber, take a look at this one!  This parcel consists of 1987 loblolly (recently thinned).  These trees are growing fast!  There is also a creek which runs through the middle of the property.  This makes for some of the best duck hunting around!  Deer, turkey, doves, ducks - this place has it all!

Location/Directions

41 South, or Hwy 41 Alt South.  Hwy 908 forks off Hwy 41 going toward Britton Neck.  At the fork, the property forks on Hwy 41 on the right side going south.  There are two gates for entry.  Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
