General Description

Advance Land and Timber is proud to offer one of South Carolina’s premier hunting plantations, Bulls Bay Plantation, located in southern Marion County “between the Little and Big Pee Dee Rivers.” You won’t find a more diverse plantation than this one in the south.

This parcel boasts over 1,852+/- acres of prime deer, turkey, quail, dove and duck hunting, as well as fishing in any of the 5 ponds which are stocked with large mouth bass, bream, and catfish.

Bulls Bay is probably best knows for its duck hunting, as you can see from the maps and pictures. Bulls Bay was once a catfish farm, so imagine 145 acres of levied duck impoundments. In the spring, corn and japanese millet is planted, and in late October, with the help of two 10 inch wells, the impoundments are flooded to provide some of the best duck hunting in South Carolina. A mixed bag of mallards, gadwall, widgeon, pintail, and wood ducks are in abundance. You would not believe you are in South Carolina!! In addition, Bulls Bay also has over 125 acres of flooded green timber, over 500 acres of quail habitat, and over 30 acres of dove fields. Also, food plots for turkey and deer are everywhere.

If you are traveling, no problem. You can stay in one of the three homes on the property. In addition, there are equipment sheds, dog kennels, and skinning sheds. Again, this one has it all!
