General Description

This 92 acre tract is an awesome tract.  It has numerous attributes, pond, beautiful creeks, old homesite, barn, and  beautiful hardwoods just to name a few!  It is only a couple of miles from Musgrove Mill Golf Course and Musgrove Mill State Historic Site which is on the banks of the Enoree River.  The tract is surveyed in two parcels which could be purchased individually.  This tract also has great hunting and plenty of timber.

From I26 and Hwy 56 go north 5-6 miles.  Tract will be on your left.
