This tract is a turkey hunter’s delight.  80% mature hardwoods with the balance in mature pin.  Significant timber value.  Nice stream going through the middle of the tract that would be a fantastic pond site.  Also has a large stream on the northern border that has numerous beaver ponds down it.  Good road system leading to several food plots through out the tract.  Nice quiet neighborhood with good neighbors.  Paved road frontage.

From Epworth SC – Take Hwy 178 East toward Saluda for about 2.5 miles.  You will take a left at Scott’s Ferry Rd and the main entrance is through Yancey Rd on your left.
