General Description

This property consists of 140 +/-  acres and fronts on Longtown Road, Old Windmill Road, and Janice Reeves Road, at the Longtown Crossroads in Fairfield County. This property has been under a timber management plan and has 122 acres of 24-year-old planted loblolly pines on it.
