Location/Directions

From the town of Dillon, travel east on Hwy 9 towards Lake View, SC.  Just outside of the city limits from Dillon, Hwy 9 crosses the Little Pee Dee River.  After the river, take the next right (Pee Dee Church Road) and travel south approximately 3.5 miles.  Pee Dee Church Road runs parallel to the river on the east side.  Parcel fronts on the west side of Pee Dee Church Road.  Look for gate and Advance Land and Timber signs.  Property is shown by appointment only.
