Born and raised in North Carolina, Zach attended Hampden-Sydney College where he graduated with a degree in Economics and Business and later went on to receive a Forest Worker certification. Zach has a deep understanding and knowledge of timberland, agricultural land, and recreational hunting properties that help him guide and advise clients in both selling and buying these types of tracts. In addition to land brokerage, Zach currently owns and operates Monacan Land and Wildlife LLC, based out of New Bern, specializing in land and wildlife management consultations and solutions across Eastern North Carolina and beyond. Zach is a North Carolina Forest Service Certified Prescribed Burner, a member of the North Carolina Forestry Association, the Down East NC Prescribed Burn Association, and an affiliate member of the Society of American Foresters. Outside of working with land, he enjoys everything the North Carolina outdoors have to offer especially inshore and offshore fishing, turkey hunting, and duck hunting.
