There is substantial frontage on Highway 391 with a sturdy metal gate at the entrance. This tract is located near the Aiken/Lexington County line and is convenient to Batesburg (8 miles+-), Gilbert (19 miles+-), Lexington (28 miles+-), Wagener (13 miles+-), and Aiken (18 miles+-).

Location/Directions

Take Hwy. 39 toward Monetta off of Interstate 20 (exit 33) for approximately one mile. Take a right on Hwy. 391 (Wire Road) toward Batesburg-Leesville. Go one mile +-, see open field on right.
