Melvin Ezzell has over thirty years of experience, and has successfully managed over 300,000 acres of forestland in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the Caribbean.
Melvin has been responsible for full cycle land management and land development to include acquisition, sustainable silvicultural practices, conservation easements, preforming and coordinating comprehensive market analysis, planning, permitting, through disposition. He was the project manager for three marina projects in NC that generated in excess of 30 million in boat slip sales from 2007-2010. In 2016 he was an integral member of the management and marketing team that successfully relaunched a major Caribbean golf course community, to include the hosting of a major PGA event.
Melvin holds credentials as a NC Real Estate Broker, NC Registered Forester, Fire Wise Community Specialist and is a member of the Society of American Foresters.
