Kes Holmes, a resident of Saluda, SC, graduated from Lander University in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration. His love of land and timber was inherited from his father and grandfather, who were both in timber and real estate businesses. He recently retired from his position as Police Chief and Town Administrator in Saluda and is now looking forward to working in Real Estate. He loves the outdoors and particularly enjoys big game hunting and offshore fishing. He and his wife Lucinda have one son, Luke, and he has a stepson, Chandler.
