Jack Hibbitts

Jack Hibbitts is a land specialist who blends data-driven insight with a lifelong love of the outdoors. Born and raised in Laurens, SC, he graduated from The Citadel, where he was a proud member of the Summerall Guards — an experience that instilled discipline, grit, and a strong sense of tradition that carries into his work today.

He takes a practical, detail-oriented approach to land transactions, helping clients make informed decisions whether they’re buying a hunting tract, investment property, or family land. Outside of work, Jack spends most of his time in the woods or on the road chasing turkey, trout, and whitetail across the country. 

Licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, Jack brings a hands-on approach, technical precision, and a deep appreciation for land and legacy to every deal.
