Cole McMillan has been a licensed real estate professional since the age of 18. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2017, he gained valuable experience working with a private equity group in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in commercial and industrial real estate. In 2019, Cole returned to Advance Land and Timber, where he now serves as Vice President and is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia.
In 2023, he was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Forest Landowners Association, earning recognition as one of the youngest individuals selected for this role. He is currently serving a second three-year term. Cole is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing, and resides in Gilbert, South Carolina, with his wife, Erin.
