The 516.69-acre DTOF Wallace Tract is located approximately 12 miles from Scottsville, with access from Hundley Branch Road and via deeded easement at the end of Brill Road. The property features rolling terrain, Rock Island Creek running through the western portion, and a strong internal road system that provides convenient access throughout.
