Ask Carwin Owens
If you want timber, deer, duck, fish, turkey, doves...you name it...this is your tract! This tract is a duck hunters dream. It has 1/2 mile Bush River frontage, 38 acres of beaver ponds and a 12 acre stocked pond. A deer haven. There is an excellent system of improved roads and established food plots. It is only 4 miles off I-26. It doesn't get better. Great road frontage. Diverse timber includes over 100 acres of 10 year old loblolly ready to thin in a few years. You have got to see this one!
Location/Directions
From I-26, take Exit 60 (Joanna exit) toward Joanna community (Hwy 66). Take a left (south) from Joanna and go about 1 mile. Property adjoins the Norbord OSB Plant, take a right, cross the Railroad tracts and the property is on both sides of road. Treatment Plant Road separates the property. Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
