Baylor Wayman is licensed in Virginia. Born and raised in Virginia, he has grown up hunting all over the state, having a particular passion for turkey hunting. Baylor is a 2024 graduate of Virginia Tech with degrees in Environmental Resource Management and Forestry. He has a wealth of knowledge within the forestry industry, working as a Forester with the US Forest Service and in the private sector. His work primarily focused on assisting landowners with easements, grants, and various types of mitigation banks. Having extensive knowledge of remote sensing programs, forest/data analysis tools, and land use practices, enables him to help guide and assist clients through the buying and selling process.
Baylor currently resides in Appomattox County with his family. In his free time, he can be found outdoors; hunting, fishing or working on a farm.
