We are seeking ambitious, capable, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our land sales team.
This role focuses on representing and listing farm, timberland, and recreational investment properties across the Southeast.

South Carolina
Georgia
What We’re Looking For
Candidates must absolutely be self-motivated, aggressive, tenacious and entrepreneurial by nature. Responsibilities include: negotiations, prospecting, market research, deal making, and transaction management.
Experienced real estate agents should call directly for a confidential discussion.
Self-Motivated Sales Experience Required
Drive your own pipeline, build relationships, and take ownership of your success from prospecting to closing.
Forestry Experience a Plus
A background in land, timber, or agriculture is valuable, but not required for motivated candidates.
Entrepreneurial Nature
Operate with independence, initiative, and a results-driven mindset in a performance-based environment.
Strong Communication Skills
Effectively build trust with landowners and investors while navigating negotiations and transactions.
