Cole McMillan has had his real estate license since the age of 18. Upon graduating from The University of South Carolina in 2017, he worked for a private equity group out of Atlanta, GA, which focused on commercial and industrial real estate. Cole rejoined Advance Land and Timber in 2019 and is licensed in SC and GA. In 2023, Cole was appointed a Board Member of the Forest Land Owners Association for a 3-year term, as one of the youngest members to receive this honor, and is currently continuing this role for a second 3-year term. Cole currently serves as Vice President of Advance Land and Timber. He is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing, lives in Gilbert, SC, and is married to Erin McMillan.
