Turn right (west) onto Hwy 22 after going through the square in Sparta. Go approximately 1/4 mile and veer to the right onto Dixie Road (unmarked, there will be a small white church and white land for sale sign). Take Dixie Road approximately 1.5 miles. The property will be on the left shortly after the road becomes dirt. Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
