Take Exit 52 off I-26 in Laurens County. This is the Highway 56 exit (Clinton). Travel 56 north toward Cross Anchor. From the exit, you will travel approximately 4 miles, make a right turn onto Philson Road. Go about A 1/2 mile and the property entrance is on the left. This parcel has two access points. Continue on Philson about A 1/2 mile. Just in front of the Fire Department on your left is the 2nd access. These access roads are deeded to the property. Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
