General Description

The Outlaw Tract is located in Sumter County, SC and consist of 180 acres. Situated in the Eastern part of Sumter County in the town of Mayesville, this tract is surrounded by large agriculture fields, timberland, and swamps making it an excellent hunting property. The majority acreage of this property is 8-year-old loblolly pines that were planted in an old agriculture field. The Outlaw tract fronts on Jessamyn Rd. which is just north of Florence Hwy. As you enter the gate you will notice an extensive internal road system that peels through the pine plantation all the way to the hardwood bottom in the back. The acreage breakdown is 120 ac. 8 yr old pine plantation, 60 acres of mature hardwoods.

Location/Directions

From Sumter, travel North on HWY 401 approximately 4.7 miles.  Turn right on Bell Road.  In 2.2 miles, turn left on Jessamyn Road.  Parcel fronts on right side 1/2 mile North.  
Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
