General Description

The Rocky Creek Tract is made up of 60 acres in Orangeburg County, SC. Situated between the town of Springfield and Norway, this property has road frontage on Norway Road and Samuel Drive. This area is known for its great hunting. As you enter the gate off Samuel Drive you will notice a well stocked 6-year-old pine plantation that leads you back to a powerline with established food plots. There are also a few blocks of mature pines before you get to the hardwood bottom along Rocky Swamp Creek. The Rocky Creek Tract is a portion of a larger tract. The eastern boundary line for this tract will be surveyed in the middle of the creek which stretches 0.3 miles.

Location/Directions

From Columbia travel S on HWY 321, approximately 37 miles to the town of Norway.  Turn right (West) in Norway.  Travel about 6 miles on HWY 332 and parcel will be on your left.
Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
