General Description

The Minton Creek tract consists of 165 acres located in the North central part of Fairfield County with approximately 1,250 feet of frontage on HWY 200. Easily accessible from I-77, this property is just a short drive west from Exit 41 and Exit 46. The timber consists mostly of 3-year-old pine plantation along with mature hardwoods along Minton Creek and mature pines left in the gulley’s. This tract got its name after Minton Creek which is stretches the northern boundary line for half a mile.

Location/Directions

From Winnsboro, travel North on HWY 200 approximately 6 miles.  Property fronts on HWY 200 with the Northern boundary being along Minton Creek.
Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
