General Description

This tract is in Chester County, SC, and fronts on Colvin Rd. It consists of 170 acres with two different ages of pine plantation. The front 70 acres are made up of 23-year-old pine plantation and the back 78 acres are 28 years old. Big Creek runs through the middle of the property and separates these two stands. This creek has a great amount of water flowing through it year-round and lined on both sides with mature hardwoods.  

This tract is a portion of a 304-acre parcel that is being split up into 4 separate tracts.

From Chester head south on Hwy 321 for 7.6 Miles to Cornwell. Take a right onto Cornwell Rd. Travel 0.5 miles and take a left onto Colvin Rd. Travel 1.6 miles and the gate will be on your Right. Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
