The Furman Wall Tract is located East of Jackson NC and is accessed by a deeded Right of Way. This tract lays flat backing up to Wild Cat Swamp. The tract is made up of two separate tracts but one tax parcel. The timber is 57 acres of 1995 Loblolly pine, 100 acres of 2016 Loblolly pine and 9 acres of 1978 hardwoods. The Garris Tract is located just East of Roanoke Rapids. This tract is accessed by deeded right of way from State Hwy 158. The timber is 2016 planted Loblolly pine. The topography is flat and the soils are primarily Lenoir loam, Bethera loam and Craven loam. This property is ideal for converting to cropland and or growing timber.
The UCC 804 tract is located South East of Roanoke Rapids near the Town of Jackson. The tract fronts Rt 305 and lays flat. The timber is 23 acres of 1998 Loblolly pine, 104 acres of 2004 Loblolly pine and 115 acres of 2010 Loblolly pine. This tract is an excellent timber investment with approximately 242 acre in planted pine, the soils are Silt loam and Craven loam.
